Ham & Peas Macaroni & Cheese
Homemade Mac and Cheese with ham and peas is a perfect, quick meal that is always creamy and delicious.

Ingredients:
● 1 (16-ounce) box Food Club Medium Shells
● 4 tablespoons butter
● 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
● 2 cups milk
● 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
● Kosher salt, to taste
● 8 ounces Food Club Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
● 1 cup Food Club Sweet Peas, drained
● 1 cup cubed cooked ham
Method:
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain
and set aside. - In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for 1 minute or until lightly browned.
- Add the milk, garlic powder and salt and whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer and turn off the heat. Add the white cheddar cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot and combine. Mix in the peas and ham just until
combined. Serve immediately.
